Toxic Mac & Cheese

Grab these ingredients before you get started:

  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Half & Half
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Onion Powder
  • Mustard Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • White Cheddar Cheese
  • Frozen Spinach
  • Boxed Posta
  • Cauliflower
  • Green Food Coloring

This macaroni and cheese is green, but that’s not the only thing that makes it look like toxic waste. It’s all about the presentation. If you can, try to find an empty paint can online and buy it. Then, cover it in gray or black painters tape. The other thing that really makes the macaroni and cheese look, well, gross, is the cauliflower. There’s something about cooked cauliflower and green food coloring that just doesn’t look right. It still tastes good though!

Rice Krispie Treat Mummies

Grab these ingredients before you get started:

  • Rice Krispie Treats
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Black Icing
  • Red Food Coloring

These rice krispie mummies are more cute than scary, but they’ll still make an awesome addition to any Halloween-themed dessert spread. All you have to do is melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave, then coat the entire rice krispie treats in the melted white chocolate. Then, drizzle small lines of white chocolate on top of the rice krispie treats to create that “wrapped” look. Once you’ve done that, all that’s left to do is add the black eyes and a bit of red food coloring for blood!

Brownie Bat Truffles

Grab these ingredients before you get started:

  • Fudge Brownie Mixture
  • Chocolate Frosting
  • Oreo Cookies
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Black Sanding Sugar
  • Red Mini M&Ms

The key to making these brownies look like bats is to roll the brownie batter into balls. Then, take the Oreo cookies and split them in half. Believe it or not, half an Oreo cookie kind of looks like a bat wing. All you have to do is dip the cookies in frosting and black sanding sugar then jam the “wings” into the sides of the brownie ball.
